To proceed to order your requested products quoted by our team, we require a deposit, specified in the email/call.
The deposit is secured in your account, with the remaining balance payable on the day of installation when the job is completed.

Kindly reply to your email quotation with "BANK TRANSFER" and we will send the company bank account details. We will confirm as soon as we receive it.
Due to this item being a special order, if you decide to cancel, part or all of the deposit may be retained to cover return costs, restocking, and handling fees that the supplier will bill us for. In some cases, for example, made-to-order items, the deposit is completely non-refundable, as we cannot return products if they were made to order.
Our workshop will accept one (x1) booking cancellation amendment if you can no longer attend your appointment, subject to notifying our team more than 24hrs before the booking.
