At R-Tec Auto Design, the health & safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. We are carefully monitoring information issued on the Gov.uk website throughout each day.

Our showroom, office and workshop areas have improved cleaning areas to combat the spread of any potential germs. Hand sanitisers are located at the shop entrance, workshop area and on each workstation both in the office and at the showroom terminals.

We are encouraging customers to use the provided bathroom with hot water and soap, as well as the hand sanitiser stations positioned around the shop.

Our cleaning schedules have been stepped up and surfaces are disinfected throughout the day. Any employee showing symptoms will be instructed to self-isolate in-line with the government advice.

We would like to assure you that R-Tec Auto Design, RTECSHOP.com and LONGLIFE St Albans are fully operational and are still offering the same service as usual.

Orders are being fulfilled without delay, and the workshop is running at full capacity, with a usual lead-time of 3-4 days. If anything changes, we will notify our customers as soon as we can.
